Welcome!
Alpha in Colerne starts 12th January onlineSunday servicesCurrently we are able to have services in church following guidelines, and also some of our worship takes place via Zoom.
When services "in person" are allowed, please take note of these guidelines: Sit only in allocated places No physical contact with those outside your household, no even Sharing the Peace Observe 2m social distancing Sanitize your hands on entering and leaving the building Enter and leave the building through the South Door. Follow instructions on the distribution of communion Please use the slip of paper to record your presence at the service for test and trace, details will be given on the slip and in the notices When you go out please be mindful that you don’t block the exit door and other people’s paths (maintain the 2m social distancing) No singing is allowed, please don’t raise your voice either. We strongly advise that face coverings should be worn by all those attending a place of worship, including ministers, worshippers, staff, volunteers, contractors and visitors, where there may be other people present; remembering that they are mainly intended to protect other people, not the wearer, from coronavirus COVID-19 and that they are not a replacement for physical distancing and regular hand washing. Evening Services: Zoom Compline at 6pm every other Sunday. If you would like to join in this service, please email Janet by clicking here and she will send you an invitation. Thoughts from Revd. About the church familyWe are a varied (and friendly!) congregation seeking to know more of Christ and walk with Him in our village and in the world.
In normal times, we meet regularly for worship, usually on Sundays at 9.30am and 6pm, and welcome everyone who would like to join us. For latest news see our Facebook feed on the right. Below is our church diary, all events are held in church unless shown otherwise. |
